1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dane55 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dane55 website located at https://dane55.net and all associated products, services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
1.2 By completing registration, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the dane55 Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
1.3 These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific policy document.
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to the dane55 Platform is strictly limited to persons who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. dane55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. dane55 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Players must satisfy themselves that their participation is lawful before using the Platform.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold a dane55 account: (a) persons under 18 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform; (c) employees, contractors, or close family members of employees of dane55; (d) any person whom dane55 has previously suspended or permanently excluded for any reason.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one registered account on the dane55 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the confiscation of funds and permanent suspension without notice.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 KYC Verification. dane55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify dane55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. dane55 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dane55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. All PKR balances are held in Pakistani Rupees. dane55 does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR transactions.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. The current minimum is Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions and Rs 2,000 for domestic bank transfers. Minimums for USDT TRC20 are equivalent to the applicable network fee threshold.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 1–4 business hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa and within 1–2 business days for bank transfers. dane55 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger risk thresholds, which may extend processing time.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. dane55 may require additional verification before approving withdrawals to alternative payment methods.
4.5 No Money Laundering. The Platform must not be used as a vehicle for the transfer, laundering, or concealment of proceeds from any unlawful activity. dane55 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
5.1 Bonus offers at dane55 are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Where a specific promotion term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific promotion term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. dane55 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, matched betting using Platform bonuses, or any other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers.
5.4 dane55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the dane55 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. Game and betting rules are published within each product section of the Platform.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. dane55 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) a palpable error has occurred in the publication of odds or game parameters; (b) a bet appears to have been placed based on information not publicly available at the time of placing; (c) the bet exceeds published stake limits.
6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server interruption during a game session or bet placement, dane55 will endeavour to settle outcomes fairly based on available game server data. The Platform's records shall be the definitive record of all transactions and game outcomes.
6.4 Result Disputes. Disputes regarding game or bet outcomes must be raised with dane55 customer support within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period will not be entertained.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dane55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: (a) use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions; (c) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials; (d) decisions made by you based on information displayed on the Platform.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10.3 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11.1 dane55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 dane55 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the Platform lawfully.
12.1 dane55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the registered email address or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change.
12.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated. Nothing in this clause affects mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Player's country of residence.
13.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute amicably through the dane55 customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
